Gasthof Oberwirt offers a compelling blend of value and comfort nestled in the heart of the Alps. Upon arrival, the welcoming atmosphere immediately sets a relaxed tone for your stay, and I appreciated having a spacious room with a flat-screen TV and plenty of natural light-a true luxury after a long day of exploring! The ample wardrobe space and convenient sitting area were practical for organizing our belongings during our adventures. The highlight of our mornings was the breakfast. Offering a decent selection of local meats, cheeses, and fresh vegetables, it provides a solid start to an outdoor day, particularly if you're planning a hike in the stunning trails right outside your door. The restaurant also deserves mention for its hearty meals; the Majes with potato salad was a highlight. While there is a modest €10 town tax added to your bill, it grants access to the travel card, making exploring the incredible sights of the region both effortless and economical. Gasthof Oberwirt is certainly a worthwhile choice for a scenic getaway, marrying comfort with smart budgeting. I'll be back for another Alpine adventure on my next trip!
